We are pleased and honored to present to you our October Employee of the Month, DAN MADZARAC !!! In the three years that Dan has been with Rex, he has continued to impress both our customers and our internal Rex staff. Dan has become one of our top foremen in the field and has been assigned some extremely difficult and complex jobs to run over that time period. He ran the Northwestern Parking Structure job in the dead of winter, and travelled a long way to Sycamore, Illinois to successfully take a building out of the ground, and has done so without a complaint. Dan is currently running the Perkins & Will project at the Wrigley building, a very tough place to work. In addition, Perkins and Will is a very demanding architecture firm that is well known in the industry. Once again, Dan is handling this job as a true professional. We have heard nothing but complements from the Superintendent at ECI about Dan’s work on this project. In addition, we received a letter written from Bear Construction praising and thanking Dan for the superior work he did on their project in Sycamore. It is truly music to our ears to have clients heaping praise on one of our employees. Dan is a role model for others to replicate. He is living proof of our motto “Pursuing Excellence”.
